Our BBQ rub is Sweet, Savoury, and Spicy and is best for meats and vegetables that benefit from a slight sweetness and caramelisation during cooking. These meats typically include:
Pork
BBQ classic for ribs, pork belly, pork shoulder, and pork tenderloin. The sweetness helps to balance out the richness of the meat and enhances its natural flavour during low & slow cooks.
Excellent for chicken, especially on braaied or smoked pieces like wings or thighs. The sugar helps to achieve a crispy, caramelized skin while adding a touch of sweetness to the meat.
Seafood
